Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement appropriate
plans for managing small loan activities. Select appropriate borrowers based on
creditworthiness. Collect and distribute savings and loans in accordance with
branch targets. Verify loans prior to disbursing them to customers and projects
in the field. Assist the accountant in preparing monthly branch accounts.
Senior Program Officer (Branch Manager)
Salary: BDT 26,740 (monthly), Monthly motorcycle allowance
of BDT 2,100, responsibility allowance of BDT 450, and mobile bill allowance of
BDT 500.
Benefits: Mobile bill, performance bonus, provident fund,
gratuity
Salary review: Yearly
Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
Annual increment, Baishakhi allowance, worker welfare fund,
and distance allowance will be provided. Maximum age: 35 years
