until the Community Based Health Care (CBHC) Operational Plan on a full
temporary basis (Consolidated-Pay) based on total salary as per AD, the
following application form is requested from the actual Bangladeshi citizens.

Assistant cum Data Entry Operator

Eligibility
for application: Graduation pass. Must have two years experience in computer
management, data entry operator with MS Office program, and working on the
internet.

Health Care Provider. (CHCP)
Number
of posts: 797 (maybe more or less)
Eligibility
for application: Passed Higher Secondary or equivalent examination. Computer
Operating Proficiency (MS Office & Internet)

Required
Information: The applicant must be a citizen of Bangladesh. Candidates
from all districts can apply as citizens of Bangladesh in case of serial no.
01, 03, 04, and 05, and in case of serial no. Residents of city corporations or
municipal areas cannot apply.
3. Position Name: Store Keeper

for application: 8th class pass. Experience: Must be skilled and in good
health.

Age
limit: Candidate must be between 18-and 30 years of age 10.04.2022 AD.
However, in the case of children of the heroic freedom fighter/martyr heroic
freedom fighter and the physically challenged, according to the government
rules, they can be relaxed for up to 32 years. It is to be noted that in the
case of sons/daughters (grandchildren) of heroic freedom fighters / martyred
heroic freedom fighters, the age is 30 years. Affidavit of age proof is
admissible.

Teletalk service charge should be deposited within 72 (seventy-two) hours by
sending 02 (two) SMS through any number.
